Mission Statement

The Plant Soil Microbial Community Consortium (PSMCC) was administered through the Department of Entomology and Plant Pathology in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at North Carolina State University. The principal officer of the Consortium was the Director, supported by the Associate Director, an Executive Committee, Consortium Faculty, and an Industrial Advisory Board that included one representative and one alternate from each Member company. Together, this structure provided strong academic and industrial leadership and ensured that PSMCC had meaningful impact during its years of activity (through 2020).
